BathinFashion - Spring / Summer 2013 Collections Catwalk Show







Bath in Fashion is one of the most talked-about fashion gatherings outside of London. 2013 will be no exception! To celebrate the city’s fashionable legacy as a place to be seen, Bath in Fashion 2013 (13th – 21st April) takes a look behind the seams at how fashion is presented. The week-long festival will showcase a collection of fashion celebrities who make fashion happen – the people who put the model in the dress and the dress on the page. Discover how an artist can freeze a fashion icon forever in time or how a photograph can capture a fashion moment. In Bath, you don’t just wear fashion, you live it.
Bath in Fashion 2013’s exciting line-up includes a centenary Norman Parkinson exhibition curated by designer Roland Mouret, a special installation by Julie Verhoeven, an illustration masterclass with David Downton, talks with Michael Jackson’s costume designer Michael Bushand Sir Roy Strong, and Iain R Webb launches his new book about the fabulous Eighties fashions as seen in Blitz Magazine. Catwalk shows will be produced by London Fashion Week’s John Walford and styled by Rebekah Roy. Hands on fashionable craft workshops include the Kaffe Fasset studio. Bath in Fashion on film features fashion moments on the big screen at the Little Theatre Cinema. Starting with Super Shopping Saturdaycatch a bonanza of in-store promotions and events to update your spring wardrobe. A headline catwalk show at the glamorous Assembly Rooms staged by international show producer, John Walford and styled by Rebekah Roy, whose clients include top models Kate Moss, Erin O’Connor and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
